I love poppies and we are very lucky to live in the countryside where it is a regular sight to see fields of poppies. Poppies are a popular subject to paint, and so I felt it was an appropriate subject for an article in Leisure Painter. The article contrasted it and 'Poppies' in the watercolour gallery - two very similar paintings painted on very different media.
